Scalp Series Guarantee Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Guarantee
This guarantee applies exclusively to clients who have completed the Scalp Regeneration Assessment conducted by a licensed medical professional within Scalp Series and have commenced a treatment plan recommended and supervised by such medical professionals.

2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for this guarantee, the client must:

• Complete the initial medical assessment with a licensed Scalp Series practitioner.

• Begin and adhere to the prescribed, doctor-approved treatment plan.

• Attend all scheduled follow-ups and comply with recommended home-care instructions.

• Participate in all progress reviews within the designated 6-month treatment period.

• Report any side effects or concerns promptly to the medical team for reassessment.

• Confirm suitability for the treatment after both initial and ongoing assessment phases.

• Acknowledge that this guarantee is personal and non-transferable.

• Understand the guarantee does not apply if treatment is discontinued due to non-compliance, misuse, or external uncontrollable factors.

3. Guarantee Description
Scalp Series promises professional consultation and reassessment at no additional cost if measurable improvement is not observed within 6 months, based on agreed clinical assessment criteria. This guarantee supports transparency, safety, and ethical, science-led care.

4. Limitations and Exclusions

• This guarantee does not promise specific outcomes or hair regrowth results, as individual biological responses vary.

• Refunds, monetary compensation, or free treatment extensions are not automatically granted and are at the sole discretion of Scalp Series management.

• The guarantee excludes damages or dissatisfaction due to non-compliance, external factors, or treatment interruptions.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must follow all recommended protocols, including attending follow-ups, adhering to home-care regimens, and communicating openly with the medical team to maintain guarantee eligibility.

6. Privacy and Data Use
All personal and medical details collected will be handled strictly in accordance with Scalp Series’ Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws.

7. Legal and Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising will fall under the jurisdiction of Australian courts.

8. Acceptance
By commencing treatment with Scalp Series, clients confirm they have reviewed, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
